Determination of 1, 4-dichlorobenzene in water by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography

摘要:

建立顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)气相色谱测定水中1, 4-二氯苯(1, 4-DCB)。选择SPME前处理技术, 毛细色谱柱分离, ECD检测器检测。最低检出质量浓度为1.88μg/L;工作曲线相关系数为0.992 2;低、中、高三种浓度加标回收率分别为108%、93.1%、117%, 相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为7.09%、6.21%、6.98%。该方法具有较好的灵敏度、精密度和回收率。

Abstract:

The determination method of 1, 4-dichlorobenzene(1, 4-DCB) in water by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)-gas chromatography has been established. The techniques, such as SPME pre-treatment, HP-5 chromatigraphic column separation, and detection with electron capture detector(ECD) have been applied. The lowest detected mass concentration is l. 88 μg/L, and operation curve correlation coefficient is 0.992 2. When the three kinds of recovery rates at low, middle, and high concentrations are 108%, 93.1%, and 117%, respectively, the relative standard deviation(n=6) are 7.09%, 6.21%, 6.98%, respectively. This method shows better sensitivity, precision and recovery rate.
